RETURNS
If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection, we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to our Office in Laindon, Essex. We do not cover return postage fees. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, subject to the product being untouched.

Very good, but i needed the steel ties to be 5cm longer. Wrap is great. Do wear gloves because it makes your skin itch.

My experience unfortunately was NOT good. I ordered the 100mm wrap, but was sent the 30mm wrap, then the replacement was delivered to the wrong address, and I was expected to go to all of my neighbours to find it. Something I should not have to do. I was then informed it was delivered to 179. Not even close to my house. So a very disappointing service overall.
Flame Barrier Exhaust Wrap
This was unfortunate and we are very sorry. We suffered some teething problems with a new system that are sorted out now, which is no excuse, but we did our best to rectify the problem. Sorry again.
